A day in life of an Intepreter

Ever wondered what a day of an interpreter is like? Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to show you my work. But I found a good video about 2 Spanish/English interpreters' day of work. So outsiders, you can take a peek for what it's like to be an interpreter and understand more of this profession. Insiders, it's always good to learn from fellow interpreters, right?

I also agree with them that interpreting is more fun and dynamic, but translation sometimes goes hand in hand with interpretation as like them in the video, some documents might need to be translated beforehand or afterwards. So in my opinion, interpreters are mostly also translators, but translators are normally just translators.

Remember "Interpretation is oral and translation is written."
